Earlier in her career, at Thomas D. Brown and Atlantic Bay Sotheby's Realty, Deb developed unequaled expertise of the local market. She became intimate with local ordinances and state regulatory and licensing laws including the navigation of state and town permitting processes. She gained keen knowledge of the National Seashore, Conservation and Board of Health issues as well as those of the Mass Endangered Species Act (MESA). She has also realized her particular skill at project management -- foreseeing and addressing issues as, and even before, they arise and researching/identifying solutions. She has established a track record of finding the loopholes in bylaws, fighting unfavorable regulation changes, and helping to secure variances.
